We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination:
- New Zealand: 7-10 business days, from A$15
- Asia Pacific: 10-15 business days, from A$25
- North America & Europe: 12-18 business days, from A$35
- Rest of World: 15-25 business days, from A$40
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" page. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us:
- Lost Packages: Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe
- Damaged Items: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Wrong Address: Notify us immediately if you provided an incorrect shipping address
- Missing Items: Check your packing slip and contact us within 7 days if items are missing
Export Restrictions

PO Boxes and Remote Areas
We can ship to PO Boxes within Australia using standard shipping only. Express shipping is not available for PO Box addresses. Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take additional 2-5 business days.
